The Black Barn style Noir Cottage is a one bedroom self-contained space beautifully appointed in a gorgeous setting.
The cottage features: Italian tiles with a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, hob, toaster, jug, crockery, cutlery, glasses, Bay Espresso local plunger coffee, tea and milk.
There is a relaxing dining/lounge area with a TV and heat pump. The separate north facing bedroom is sunny and light, carpeted, has a queen size bed and bush views.
The cottage is equipped with quality linen and towels. Relax on the paved patio, enjoy a sea view, vegetable box and bird song!
Free Wi-Fi, secure parking. We have a friendly dog, Thunder and Willow the cat.

A lovely place to retreat to! There is 10kms of bush walking tracks, fantastic views and a tennis court to enjoy.
Noir cottage is separated from the main house by 21 meters allowing for a quiet and independent stay.
We are only a 5 minute drive away from the coast so you can enjoy a walk along the beach or bike along the cycle way.
The Eskdale mountain bike tracks are also close by. We have three fabulous vineyards on our doorstep. Lots of fabulous options to choose from in our slice of paradise!
